The HTC Wildfire is equipped with 3.2 inch touchscreen with a resolution of 240x320 pixels. It is captured into a dimension of 106.8 x 60.4 x 12 mm body with screen displaying as many as 16 million colours.

HTC Wildfire operates on Android OS, v2.1 (Eclair), upgradable to Android v2.2(Froyo).It is powered by Qualcomm MSM 7225 528 MHz processor along with the storage capacity of 384 MB RAM and 512 MB ROM. It has a microSD card slot which can support up to 32 GB card.

The handset is loaded with 5 mega-pixel camera supporting 2592x1944 pixels along with auto-focus, LED flash, geo-tagging features like add-ins. The handset is comprised of Wi-Fi connectivity with 802.11 network speed.
