Sony Ericsson Xperia X12 To Have Android Froyo

It has finally reared its head, and mighty fine it looks too…

The Sony Ericsson Xperia X12 has been spotted. There has been rumor that the latest Xperia model will have Android 2.3 a.k.a Gingerbread on board, but it would seem that these rumors have been quashed by an insider who has suggested that it will have Froyo (Android 2.2) packed in.

However, the Xperia X12 looks great with a 4.3 inch LCD screen and a super stylish finish (Apple had better get their designers busy with the iPhone 5 with the likes of this handset and the HTC range!). The Sony Ericsson Xperia X12 also sports 12 megapixels and 720p HD video recording along with an 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 a la HTC Desire Z.
