HTC had given the statement about the upgradation of the latest Android operating system – Ice cream Sandwich in their smartphones. Now from the latest info it’s clear that many HTC smartphones are getting the latest Android operating system.
One thing is very sure that the smartphones getting Ice Cream Sandwich OS will mostly be high end devices. These smartphones includes the sensation series like Sensation, Sensation XL, Sensation XE and other HTC smartphones like EVO 3D, EVO Design 4G, Amaze, HTC Vivid and the Rezound. But we don’t have information about the old phones of HTC whether they will upgrade or not.
First handset to launch Android 4.0 OS in the market is Galaxy Nexus prime having 4.65-inch display, 5MP camera with 1080p video recording, 1.3MP front-facing camera & 1.2-gigahertz dual core CPU with 1 GB RAM.
